Finavia is planning to renew Helsinki Airport Terminal 1 check-in kiosks. Finavia is looking for a combination of eight (8) Check-in kiosks and eight (8) bag tag printing kiosks to cover and improve 1
Target of this RFI is to find potential candidates for offering new kiosk and bag tag hardware and platform to fit current self service infrastructure or possibly check-in kiosks as a service. Target could be changed according to feedback and ideas received during RFI process.
Aquired solution must improve self service process and also encourage airlines to use more self service processes in Finavia’s airports.
