Bodø Kommune (Municipality), hereafter called the Contracting Authority extends an invitation to an open tender contest over the EEA thresh-hold value for entry into a Framework Agreement for the rental of parking spaces for Bodø Spektrum AS c/o Bodø Kommune (Municipality). The duration of the Framework Agreement is set at 5 years. The landlord has a specific area that will be used for parking spaces for cars that will be rented to tenants with the purpose of conducting their business activities. The rental contract comes into force from 1.1.2019.
