Hordaland County (HFK) and Sogn og Fjordane County (SFJ) shall merge into one new county from 1.1.2020. A central part of the establishment of the new county is to recruit a new top manager group and fill strategic important management positions in the new organisation. External resources will be required and the Contracting Authority would like to enter into a Framework Agreement with one tenderer for recruitment services.
