The Norwegian Coastal Administration (NCA) shall procure a shovel based oil skimmer system with brushes, operated by crane, for installation at NCA's Oil protection vessel OV Ryvingen. The main function of the system is to collect oil/oil emulsions in sea and between ice floes on sea, mainly for high viscosity oil/oil emulsions.
The procured system must be a ready developed product/system, and ready for delivery in accordance with the requested functionality.
The system must be delivered as a package system that together has full functionality.
