The framework agreement must include construction management assignments for building contracts, construction works, as well as the development of infrastructure in the ground (e.g. underground waste collection system). The assignments will include different contract types. Tenderers must also implement public procurements in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations and Law, in addition to engineering design.
