Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration] is about to commence the construction of Rogfast, which becomes the world's longest and deepest subsea tunnel.
The project comprises a continuous tunnel from Harestad in Randaberg kommune to Laupland in Bokn kommune, over a distance of approx. 26,7 km. This also includes a tunnel branch of approx. 4 km to Kvitsøy, which is connected by a crossing in the main tunnel, just outside/under Kvitsøy.
In order to receive input from the industry related to contract strategy and ensure that the framework for the competition is as good as possible, SVV wants to hold a dialogue conference at Park Inn by Radisson Oslo Airport, Gardermoen Hotell. August 27
