Garde AS invites tenderers to a dialogue conference and one-on-one dialogue meetings on behalf of the TRV Gruppen AS group with the subsidiary companies Trondheim Renholdsverk AS and Retura TRV AS.
The objective of the dialogue conference and one-on-one dialogue meetings is to carry out preparatory surveys in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 12-1, and to give Insurance companies the possibility to get to know the group’s properties, plants and current safety measures.
Programme:
— Tuesday 28.8.2018 (14:00). The meeting is concluded by 19:00 at the latest:
—— A joint information meeting,
—— Inspection at the TRV Gruppen AS' plants at Heggstadmoen, Heimdal,
—— Demonstration of safety measures, including fireproofing.
— Wednesday 29.8.2018
—— Individual dialogue meetings with each tenderer,
—— Date and time will be agreed upon with each tenderer who has registered interest for participation in the meetings.
