With this Agreement, the Customer wants assistance in high level of coaching of the students enrolled in the Executive MBA in Shipping and Logistics (the Blue MBA) for the preparation of assignments and the final strategy project.

In relation to the supply, the Supplier shall among others deliver the following services:
  • Coaching the participants of the Blue MBA by offering them expert assistance in dealing with their projects
  • Review and assessment of the MBA projects and assignments
  • Offer expertise in the areas of the Blue MBA participants’ research activities
  • Business process design and re-engineering to international best practice
  • Project Management of company integration and new business implementations
  • Global Business Development Strategies

When assessing an assignment/project, it is expected to direct the participants towards the application of all the theoretical skills and tools they have learned during the modules to a real life example. The example is a situation that a person in a mid-career or senior level management will face on a day-to-day basis.

When coaching the work of the students through assignments and projects, the Supplier will have to make sure that the students have been able to:
  • Understand the content of the module and the academic programme
  • Comprehend and be able to apply the theory to practice
  • Understand the concepts and principles of what was delivered during the module
  • Demonstrate a good level of analytical skills
  • Be able to write an academically viable assignment where the theories learned be applied to practice and will be of commercial interest to their companies

The feedback of the final assignments/projects would be delivered to the Customer/Blue MBA staff for review and setting the grades by the CBS-professors/course coordinators.
 
The Customer will use the Supplier as its primary supplier of the services in question. However, the Agreement does not constitute an exclusive agreement.
