Etat for utbygging (EFU) [the Agency for Development] has received an assignment from Byrådsavdeling for helse og omsorg [the Department for Health and Care Services] to procure new sheltered accommodation flats in shared housing for 16 young physically disabled persons. These young people currently have flats in shared housing at Midtbygda sjukeheim [nursing home] in Åsane district.
The procurement concerns new shared housing for young disabled persons by purchasing in an already planned building project. The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to collect information from the market and to come in contact with relevant parties (developers/property owners) that have planned projects where it may be appropriate to introduce shared housing.
