Forsvaret [the Norwegian Armed Forces] has decided that they will replace current shoes with new. This procurement process is lead by Forsvarsmateriell [the Norwegian Defence Materials Agency] on behalf of the Norwegian Armed Forces. This is the pre-qualification phase that will be followed by a tender competition with the pre-qualified candidates.
