The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to provide Marker municipality a better overview of the market for IT services. Marker municipality hereby requests for information regarding i.a. various services, contractors, business models, technologies and best practices, general prices and price mechanisms. The municipality needs a future-oriented system that is flexible, efficient and that provides increased options for a rapid and simple re-organisation in line with the market and the service development. The municipality furthermore requests input on how the digitalisation of the services can be implemented, including the use of self-service systems for the inhabitants and employees, as well as improved internal and external communication.
