The Contracting Authority shall deliver school rucksacks to all new students at the public sixth form colleges in Hordaland, from autumn 2018. The rucksacks shall be used to carry a PC, books and other school equipment. There are just under 7 000 students per annum included in the contract, divided between 35 sixth form colleges in the county.
A Framework Agreement for the assignment shall be signed with 1 supplier. The Framework Agreement will be for 1 year. The Contracting Authority shall have an option for an extension to the Framework Agreement for a further 1 + 1 + 1 year, maximum total 4 years.
