This notice comprises between 50 and 60 residences procured as an OPS project based on financial leasing. The exact number of residences within this interval will be set later during the procurement process. All of the residences shall be 3 rooms, with a minimum of 60 m2 proportional rooms. The residences shall be designed as turn-key residential units. The contract period in this procurement is 20 years after start up of the lease period.
