Oslo Brann- og redningsetat (OBRE) [the Agency for Fire and Rescue Services] has a training area at Lahaugmoen Kurs- og kompetansesenter [Lahaugmoen Course and Competence Centre], Dragonveien 50, 2013 Skjetten. There is a smoke diving house on the site (hereafter also known as RD), that is used as a training arena for crew from contingency and emergency agencies. RD has until now been heated by wood and methanol. As part of a trial project in the summer of 2017, the first stage of propane heating was installed for geothermal energy in the ground floor.
This procurement concerns installation of complete propane heating for the ground and first floors.
The propane heating system shall be delivered complete, including start-up, adjustment, documentation and training.
