Lier kommune wants to host a dialogue with potential service providers of ICT systems for production of an action plan, economic plan, annual budget, business plan follow up and reporting interim reports and annual reports. Ideally, we want a complete tool where we also can follow up targets, decisions and actions. We want to acquire more knowledge about what is available in the market, and we therefore invite tenderers to present their solution to us.
