On behalf of the Department for Health and Care Services, Tromsø kommune c/o the Section for development, is carrying out engineering design and construction of Fergeveien Shared Housing. The Shared housing will consist of eight flats with associated common areas and an area for employees. Total area is approx. 900 m2.
This competition comprises the procurement of an engineering design group. The draft project and preliminary project shall be prepared, as well as the tender documentation for a turnkey contract.
