The Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management (DFØ) is carrying out an open tender competition for entry into a framework agreement with a service provider who shall cover our need for the purchase of consultancy services for the maintenance, development and consultancy services connected to our editorial internet sites (primarily dfo.no and our intranet), in addition to contributing to design and development of front end layers to other relevant services and systems for DFØ.
The primary focus of the agreement shall be to contribute to technical maintenance and development, but we wish also to have the possibility to be able to order assistance to the further development of design of the internet sites, editorial consulting and user testing.
The duration of the agreement will be up to 4 years.
