Oppegård municipality, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement with up to 3 — 5 tenderers (provided that the contracting authority has a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders.
The framework agreement includes the entire Oppegård municipality.
