The Ministry of Culture would like to enter into a contract for the provision of consultancy services for a review of the music field's finances, value chain, market structure and cash flow. The Ministry is of the opinion that there is a need for more knowledge on the economic development in the Norwegian music field in recent decades, seen in the light of technological and digital developments.
