In order to ensure quality and to prevent drop out, the Vocational College in Hordaland would like to use a two-way audio/picture tool as well as systematise teaching and guidance through synchronous media in the network based part of studies. The contracting authority would like tenders for a complete system package comprising:
— 7 digital classrooms,
— 3 digital auditoriums,
— Licences for virtual classrooms for approx. 500 network students, approx. 100 simultaneous users,
— 3 cases with mobile industrial recording and transferring system,
— Consultancy services, user support, courses,
— Maintenance of services and equipment.
The delivery includes equipment and hardware, installation, cloud based conference service and software, support and maintenance of equipment and services and consultancy services.
