The Ministry of Justice and Public Security (‘The Ministry’) through the project Norwegian All Weather Search and Rescue Helicopters (NAWSARH) hereby invites interested potential vendors in the marked to reply to this Request for Information (RFI). The RFI is published in connection with NAWSARH's forthcoming procurement of a solution named ‘NAWSARH Ground station’, hereinafter in total referred to as Ground Station or GS. Ground Station can be described as a message and communications hub planned for the new Norwegian AW101 Search and Rescue helicopters (SAR Helicopters). Ground Station shall secure immediate and continuous data communication to and from the helicopters and HRS/JRCC (Hovedredningssentralen/Joint Rescue Coordination Centre Norway). Other potential users of Ground Station are the Emergency Medical Communication Centre (EMCC), other emergency services and the Royal Norwegian Air Force (RNoAF)
