Standby towing vessels, categories B, T/C in west Norway and attendance in south Norway The tenderer must decide on what regions of the tender contest he wishes to submit tenders for, and the tenderer must answer 1 or 2 sections, in addition to the tender documentation, for participating in the tender contest. If a tenderer is offering the same vessels for both regions, and the Norwegian Coastal Administration considers this to be the best vessel for both regions, the Norwegian Coastal Administration is free to choose which region the vessel shall be in operation, based on the overall best proportion between price and quality.
