Posten Norge intend to implement Robotic process automation (RPA) in the Group to be able to increase the quality and efficiency in our administrative processes. Posten plan to implement RPA and wish to do this together with an experienced vendor. Posten aim to build a Center of excellence within RPA cross departments and processes. The expectation is that the supplier is able to support in building competence and be part of the discussions when it comes to methodology, set-up and roles in-house.
