Norsk Tipping, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement regarding procurement of standard Software.
The contracting authority requests tenders for the procurement of ‘standard off-the-shelf products’ and other required Software products, as well as services thereof.
— Newly purchased Software products (e.g. licences, maintenance, support and training, with option for consultancy services thereof).
— Supplementary procurement of Software products already in the contracting authority's portfolio (e.g. licences, maintenance, support and training, and consultancy services thereof).
— Consultancy and advisory services (e.g. installation, implementation, licence management and training).
— Various operating modes for the procured products may be relevant.
The tender documentation to this procurement is only in Norwegian. The tenders must therefore be submitted in Norwegian.
