Norsk Tipping is conducting an open tender contest where Norsk Tipping wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a consultant communicator who shall cover all parts of an innovation process. The objective of the contract is to ensure better flexibility, a wider access to, and more precise competence for the access to consultancy services, which make us better equipped to deliver in accordance with strategic goals.
