Oppland and Hedmark counties as well as the municipalities of Lillehammer, Øyer and Gausdal shall enter into framework agreement on the delivery of diesel and fuel oil in bulk.
Two competitions will be carried out with separate contracts for respectively auto/facility diesel/fuel oil and bio-fuel oil/bio-diesel. Each competition will be decided separately, and the tenderers can choose to enter tender offers on one or both competitions.
