Posten Norge AS, represented by The Stamps & Philatelic Service, (hereinafter called Norway Post) wishes to receive offers regarding printing of stamps in accordance with this invitation. Owner of the contract is The Stamps & Philatelic Service; Norway Post's special division for the production, marketing and sale of Norwegian stamps and associated products. Norway Post intends to enter into a framework agreement with preferably one supplier, but reserves the right to select multiple suppliers depending on what proves to be expedient for Norway Post.
