Sirkula IKS shall purchase a tractor for use at a recycling station. The tractor shall be used for moving waste and containers, compaction of waste, loading and unloading waste, snow clearing, gritting and snow ploughing. The contract also includes an option for the purchase of an additional tractor, as well as purchase of various supplementary equipment.
