Skaun municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with 1-3 consultants within roads, water and sewage.
The framework agreements will probably be mostly used for consultancy/engineering design services for heating, water and sewage installations in the contract period, but the municipality reserves the right to announce separate competitions for individual assignments.
We can envisage 3 different levels within these areas. These are general consultancy services for water and sewage, detailed engineering design services for water and sewage and general consultancy services and detailed engineering design services for roads.
The majority of the assignments are related to water and sewage.
