Evaluation of Norwegian support to basic education through multilateral channels; specifically to the United Nations Children‘s Fund (UNICEF) and the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), in the period 2009-2013. The evaluation shall be undertaken according to OECD DACs evaluation criteria and assess relevance, efficiency and effectivness.
