Bergen municipality would like service providers who transport users to and from day centres for elderly persons and disabled persons in a good way. The transport to and from the day centres is seen as an integrated part of the day centre experience. This means that the transport service must be seen as equally safe, predictable and comfortable for users as it is to be present at the day centre.
