The role of the training agencies in the training system must be examined in greater detail in accordance with the Community Contract. The training agencies are important players in the establishment of training establishments and apprenticeships. With this investigation, we want to establish a clearer view of the role played by the training agencies in training. The aim, among other things, is to ensure a more uniform practice and to clarify the responsibilities between training agencies and county councils.
