The Contracting Authority has a need to recruit good collaborators in the trade area industrial plumber and material. It is desirable to have two suppliers who can be called in on short notice to carry out repairs, maintenance and smaller investment projects. The Contracting Authority must also be able to purchase directly from the supplier's wholesaler at a premium on the supplier's net price list.
The suppliers will be ranked. This means that the allocation contract is awarded to the highest ranking within the trade area, thereafter shall number 2. be offered an agreement if adequate tender is not given.
