Award of contract for the procurement mentioned below.
Oslo municipality c/o the Development and Competence Department (hereafter called the contracting authority), invite tenderers to an open tender competition for parallel framework agreements for consultancy services for ICT architecture. The contracting authority intends to enter into 3 to 5 parallel framework agreements for the area.
The need for assistance will vary greatly in the contract period. Sub suppliers can be used provided that the cooperation is regulated by a contract and that the deliveries are carried out under the terms in the framework agreement and that the contract partner is responsible for the execution of the work.
The framework agreement shall apply for the contracting authority and the Education Department. In addition the contract shall include options that give the contracting authority the right to include other entities in the municipality in the contract.
