The Department / Authority has a potential requirement for the “build to print” manufacture and supply of a range of Ceremonial saluting natures for use in the 105mm FD L118, 13 PR and 3 PR Ceremonial saluting guns, potentially a 3 year contract with further 2 option years.

It is the initial intention of the Authority where practicable and available to supply the following items as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) for use in this potential requirement:
1. Refurbished Ammunition Containers
2. NATO Pallets
3. Un-refurbished (spent) cartridge cases
4. Proof equipment
5. L10 Primers for use in the L118 105FD gun natures
Where the Authority is not able to supply these items of GFE, the Contractor shall be responsible for the provision of new manufacture items.
In addition to the GFE detailed above, and as this is a “build to print” requirement the Authority shall provide technical data packs for the manufacture and supply of all items.
First deliveries will be required during November 2013.
