DNK is implementing MIBAS (Motorola Integrated Billing and Administration System), which is Motorola’s Provisioning and Fleet Management, Traffic Analysis and Billing System used for public safety networks. MIBAS will produce the basis for invoices both for fixed and usage charges (rated CDR's) for the customers of the Nødnett network.
DNK is using Agresso as financial system for accounting and invoicing including dunning letters. The Agresso system is hosted by Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management (DFØ).
DNK is requesting the development of a "Protocol Converter" that will act as an interface between MIBAS and Agresso. The Protocol Convert must read information produced by MIBAS and convert the information to a predefined format that can be imported by Agresso.
