Lom municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall construct a multi-user building in Lom municipality. The project includes addition to the existing community centre, new building and outdoor areas, new additions in the form of multi-user building with educational premises and accompanying functions.
The total area is approx. 3 340 m2. The existing building has an area of approx. 1 830 m2 of which the reconstruction area is approx. 740 m2. The estimated value of the project is 105 000 000 NOK. Delivery of tenders will require electronic signature.
