This procurement concerns the rental of facilities for advanced manned model ship‑handling training. The courses are designed for experienced pilots and focus on practical exercises to further develop maneuvering skills and operational understanding.
The contract includes provision of facilities, technical personnel, logistics, transportation, and accommodation.
Training instructors are provided by the Norwegian Coastal Administration and are not part of this procurement.
Co-use of the facilities is acceptable, provided it does not negatively affect the training.
