The procurement documentation and instructions for submitting a tender are available in the “Files” section. The attached information is strictly confidential, may be used solely for the purpose of preparing the tender, and must not be disclosed, distributed, or otherwise made available to any third party without the prior written consent of SIA Maxima Latvija.
Tenders must be submitted electronically via the Mercell system. Tenders are accessible only to the contracting authority, and Mercell does not participate in decision-making.
