This inquiry will provide the basis for the selection of tank contractor. This section describes the work to be performed in the project.
The tank contractor carries full responsibility for all tank work covered by this contract. The tank work includes complete delivery, design and installation of the following tanks:
- 3 x 5 550 m3 tanks for Gas oil (diesel)
- 1 x 1 250 m3 tanks for water (fire extinguishing)
As an option, offers are requested for the following storage tanks:
- 2 x 2 300 m3 tanks for Jet fuel
In addition, stairs and walkways shall be delivered and installed from ground level to the tank top, on the tank roof and between tank groups, including escape ladders.
All tenderers will be invited to a site visit in Longyearbyen in week 19.
