INTENTION TO AWARD
Community Dental Services - Adult & Paediatric Special Care and Paediatric Exodontia - Lot 1 - Adult & Paediatric Special Care and Paediatric Exodontia in Warrington, Lot 2 - Adult & Paediatric Special Care in Halton & St Helens, Lot 3 - Paediatric Exodontia in Halton & St Helens, - Lot 4 - Adult & Paediatric Special Care and Paediatric Exodontia in Cheshire East, Lot 5 - Adult & Paediatric Special Care in Knowsley, Liverpool & Sefton, Lot 6 - Paediatric Exodontia in Knowsley, Liverpool & Sefton, Lot 7 - Paediatric Exodontia in Wirral, Lot 8 - Adult & Paediatric Special Care in Wirral)
The Relevant Authority intends to award contracts for the above Lots to existing providers under Direct Award C under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
The contracts will commence 01 April 2025 for an initial period of 7-years with the option of a 3-year extension period at the discretion of the Relevant Authority subject to satisfactory contractual and financial performance.
