Lyhyt kuvaus

The aim of the procurement is to find a customer service system that considers Veikkaus’ future needs and offers a clear opportunity to raise the level of customer service operational activities, its management and quality control. The system is easy and intuitive to use and enables agents to see all information that is relevant. Part of the procurement is also an implementation project. The implementation project ends with the contact center system ready for service with integrations at minimum to our three main customer databases, reporting dataflows running and staff trained. The goal for the implementation project to start is during Q3/2024 and to have a world class customer contact center system up and running in H2/2025.
