- užpildyta ir pasirašyta pasiūlymo forma, parengta pagal šio kvietimo 2 priedą;
- užpildytas ir pasirašytas 3 priedas – tiekėjo deklaracija;
- dokumentai patvirtinantys techninių sąlygų atitikimą;
- jungtinės veiklos sutartis arba tinkamai patvirtinta jos kopija, jei pasiūlymą pateikia jungtinės veiklos sutarties pagrindu veikianti ūkio subjektų grupė.
Pasiūlymas turi būti pateiktas iki 2023 m. rugsėjo 26 d. 13.00 val. Mercell sistemoje. -//-

- a completed and signed Annex 1 – technical specification;
- a completed and tender offer form prepared in accordance with Annex 2 to this invitation to tender;
- a completed and signed Annex 3 – declaration form;
- documents confirming compliance with technical conditions;
- the joint venture agreement or a duly certified copy thereof where the tender is submitted by a group of economic entities operating on the basis of the joint venture agreement.
The tender must be submitted by the 26th of September 2023, 01.00 PM (Lithuanian time), by Mercell website.
