Lyhyt kuvaus
The objective of the evaluation is to provide the Ministry of Children and Families (BFD) and the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir) knowledge to assess:
1. whether the grant to the Stine Sophie Centre is managed in a resource-efficient manner
2. Whether the service meets the needs of the target group
3. Whether the grant contributes to achieving the purpose of the award
The evaluation shall also generate knowledge that can contribute to further development of the centre's services.
