Technical description of the subject of the supply	1. Purchasing of pumps: - feed pump of shale naphtha – 1 item; - pump of contaminated water – 2 items; - suction pump of washing liquid– 2 items; - pump of prepurified oil – 2 items; - feed pump of finely dispersed ash-bearing fuel – 1 item; - pump of purified oil – 2 items; - pump of circulation water – 2 items; - pump of organic phase – 2 items; - pressure holding pump – 2 items; - flocculation reagent pump for oil purifying – 2 items; - flocculation reagent pump for water purifying – 2 items; - condensate pump of vapor-gas mixture of condensate  – 2 items - contaminated water H-104/2 – 1 item 2. . To carry out repair work, steam with a temperature of 150 degrees will be supplied to the pumps 3. Pumps with double mechanical seal are supplied with level and pressure sensors for siphons

Terms and conditions of tenderer’s credentials	1.Each pump item will be assessed as a separate supply. It is possible make an offer  for any pump 2. In the quotation it is necessary to specify the delivery time, the payment terms and the warranty period. 3. Delivery of pumps is carried out on the terms of delivery of CIP Kohtla-Järve (in accordance with the interpretation of Incoterms 2020) 4. The following documentation must be attached to the supply of pumps: The instruction manual for pumps. (English/Russian languages). The pump maintenance schedule. (English/Russian languages). Pump curve The pump drawings, (with numbering and names of the parts). The Part List for ordering spare parts for the pumps.

Term of contract	Based on the submitted offers

The Customer reserves the right to change the volume of work or to reject
all proposals in case there appear changes in the Customer´s volume of work
or the quotation price exceeds the fiscal capacity of the Customer.

Техническое описание объекта закупки	1. Закупка насосов: - подачи сланцевого бензина – 1 шт; - загрязненной воды – 2 шт; - откачки промывных жидкостей – 2 шт; - предварительноочищенного масла – 2 шт; - подачи ТМЗ в бункер – 1 шт; - очищенного масла – 2 шт; - циркуляционной воды – 2 шт; - органической фазы – 2 шт; - повысительный – 2 шт; - флокулянта на масло – 2 шт; - флокулянта на воду – 2 шт; - конденсата ПГС – 2 шт; - загрязненная вода Н-104/2 – 1 шт. 2. Для выполнения ремонтных работ в насосы будет подаваться пар с температурой 150 градусов. 3. Насосы с двойным торцовым уплотнением поставляются с датчиками уровня и давления для сифонов

Условия квалификации закупки	Каждая позиция насосов будет оцениваться, как отдельная поставка. Можно подавать предложение на любой насос. В ценовом предложении указать сроки поставки, условия оплаты и гарантийный период. Поставка насосов осуществляется на условиях поставки CIP Kohtla-Järve (в соответствии с толкованием Инкотермс 2020) К поставке насосов необходимо приложить следующую документацию: Инструкция по эксплуатации   насосов. (английский/русский языки). Регламент обслуживания насосов.  (английский/русский языки). Кривая работы насоса. Чертежи насоса, (с нумерацией и наименованием деталей). Part List для заказа запасных частей насосов.

Срок выполнения договора	На основании предоставленных предложений

Цены просим представить без учета НСО.
 
Заказчик оставляет за собой право организовать между двумя наилучшими участниками дополнительный тендер для получения предложения с наиболее минимальной стоимостью. 
Заказчик оставляет за собой право изменить объем работ или отклонить все предложения, в случае, если у Заказчика появляются изменения в объемах работ или предложения превышают бюджет Заказчика.
