Lyhyt kuvaus
This procurement will cover a framework agreement between the Norwegian Civilian Marksmanship Association (Det frivillige Skyttervesen/DFS) and qualified companies (hereafter called the supplier) for technical assistance for the following competence areas related to shooting ranges:
o Assistance with noise issues
o Shooting range safety
o Planning and building professional assistance
The framework agreement will be signed for a two-year period, with an option for an extension for up to two additional years. The estimated annual scope is approx. 750 hours per annum. However, this may vary from 600 to 900 hours based on earlier experience. The contract is subject to financing, as the Norwegian Civilian Marksmanship Association (Det frivillige Skyttervesen/DFS) receives annual grants from the Ministry of Defence.
