Lyhyt kuvaus
The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the joint ministries have access to a recruitment system that will support the entities' recruitment processes, and which can also contribute to the further development and improvement of these processes. It is a prerequisite that the offered system is ready for production and available in the market when the tender is submitted ('off-the-shelf').
