Proxy voting has increasingly become an integral part of share ownership. Proxy voting is an extension of the societal expectations of ATP. In order to fulfill these expectations, and not least, influence the companies in which ATP invests, ATP requires proxy voting services which help administer and streamline the processes. The proxy advisory services must enable ATP to vote all of our holdings in a manner which is compatible with ATP's Policy of Active Ownership:

To fulfill the requirements the provider must have a consistent high quality of services and an outstanding degree of coverage and availability.
The duration of the contract is four (4) years from signature.
