We request an agreement shall cover all our needs for hardware. The list below describes the main areas of the agreement: Each main area may include associated equipment that can be purchased against the agreement.
• PCs, tablets including docking stations
• Headphones, mice, keyboards and other peripherals
• Monitors
• Multifunction machines and supplies (toner and maintenance - not paper)
• Server and backup systems (including possible rental of servers)
• Consulting services; related to purchased equipment and any extended support in operating servers
• Warranty and maintenance on purchased equipment
