Hankintapäätös

In 2017 Utdanningsetaten [the Education Agency] decided to install intercom systems at all of the schools in Oslo. The decision was based on an emergency point of view. All schools in Oslo have now had intercom systems installed during the previous agreement period for the area. The Agency now need supplementary purchases for the already existing systems, mainly from Zenitel, as well as investments for new schools. The agreement applies to new systems, as well as supplementation of systems where the supplier can deliver compatible products to existing installations. The supplier is must be able to deliver products that are compatible with the Zenitel devices. Supplementary purchases and repairs of existing systems where the supplier is unable to deliver compatible products will made outside the contract. The City of Oslo has a joint purchase agreement for network cabling and the Education Agency will consider using this agreement for both network set-up and installation of equipment. The estimated annual value is approx. NOK 2 - 3 million The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer.
